Dr. Lori Cooper is a System Principal in the Leadership and Learning department in the Calgary Board of Education. Previously, she was a school-based Principal with over 20 years of formal and informal leadership experience at the elementary and middle school levels. Her doctoral research investigated the relationship between instructional leadership and teaching practice when a specific professional discipline-based inquiry-oriented learning model was implemented in an urban elementary school.
