Andrea Ray is an assistant professor at Liberty University. She is a visionary in professional development design and on a mission to transform the processes used to create learning experiences for teachers. Educational and life experiences have merged and created a path from which she issues a call for action to all who are interested in designing effective PD. For the past six years she has researched, refined, and revised key elements of the design process.
