Ruth Ahern is the Assistant Director General, and  Director of Adult Education and Vocational Training of the Western Quebec School Board. AEVT continues to be a passion after more than 20 years in the field. Ruth also has the responsibility for Indigenous learning in WQSB and worked with Indigenous communities and learners for much of her career in education.
