Jennifer Allen has spent 20 years as a principal and division leader. She demonstrates a passion for leadership development of both teacher leaders and positional leaders. She has facilitated school-based leadership development series for over 10 years – focusing on leadership competencies that are more challenging to develop in traditional divisional settings and post-secondary offered programs. Jennifer recently completed her Doctor of Education Degree from the University of Portland. Her dissertation focused on the development of self-efficacy in aspiring leaders in a division’s principal development program.
