uLead 2016

For more than a century, we’ve imagined a future learning space filled with marvelous technologies, yet those visions were rarely transformative, often failing to understand either the nature or impact of technological change. Beginning with an exploration of the characteristics of successful ecosystems, this presentation will propose a multidimensional approach to learning that ties content inextricably to meaningful contexts and collaborative communities. Building on a number of existing and emerging learning paradigms and practices, this talk will offer a pragmatic structure for engagement supported richly by technology and offering teachers and learners a framework for building a truly productive vision of the future of learning.
