Leadership for Change

Leadership in schools is often seen as a role taken up by administrators - which is one of the things that they do. However, in a connected world, leadership and it's role in schools is undergoing a change with different people doing the leading. In schools, it's no longer possible for any one person to do it all. Instead schools need to develop leadership in many people, including the students and parents, in order to create a positive school culture and meet the ever-changing needs of students. Who leads? How? When? These are some of the themes that will be explored during the session.
