How can educational leaders create an environment that allows their educators to thrive and create new possibilities for the classroom. Learning doesn't have to happen by students in one room, from one area who are all the same age. How does collaborative learning by students from different grades engage, enhance and transform what is possible in the classroom allowing all students to master their curricular outcomes receive authentic feedback and love learning.
