uLead 2016

This session presents a solution to the problem of designing effective professional development for in-service teachers. The presentation will illustrate a practical application of research-based theories in the topical areas of professional development, instructional design, and educational change. Each attendee will leave with an outline of the multi-step design process and a deeper understanding its theoretical framework.
