This presentation focuses upon how to support teachers to effectively engage with all students, ensuring attainable success for all students school-wide. Many students with Learning Disabilities are often overlooked, misunderstood and lacking in the required supports and resources. Collaborative working models, effective teacher development, counselling supports, parental involvement, administration's role, and assistive technology cooperatives are discussed as some of the strategies and programs to support this leadership. This presentation helps leaders to support all teachers find new ways to connect with the complex students, and to ensure that success is equitable for all students throughout the school and the district.
